Vacuum Evaporation System

It is a process used for coating a product. The product to be coated and the aluminum as the material used for coating are placed inside the pressurized vacuum chamber and then heated at a certain temperature to produce a flux of vapor in order to deposit the vaporized aluminum onto the surface of the product. On this process, it is possible to coat narrow and deep area of the product. The cycle can be completed at a very short period of time. |
